Behind my office I have a small conditioned warehouse, about 1500 square feet. It's located in a business district and there are plenty of "Self-Storage" warehouses nearby. Besides storage, what are some other uses of this space which might produce a little income without a large investment.

Ok, this might be a bit of a stretch but you asked:) You're located in the business district right? Are there people who bike to work in the area. If so, you could install iron bike racks and rent them out by the month to people who want to keep their bikes locked in a secure facility when they're working. Just like the Self Storage places, they will need their own locks and no bikes can be left in the facility after your normal closing hours when the warehouse is locked up. How can a warehouse ask you to have "extensive warehouse experience"? That's so funny! You know as much working at a warehouse after one week as you would after 20 years. Warehouse work isn't exactly skilled work. It's physical labor. If you're physically fit and willing to work hard, that's good enough. The only thing that work experience would show them is that you're trustworthy, but a couple good references would also say the same thing. Just apply and tell them how hard you'll work.What is the best warehouses to buy in bulk then resale?

A lot of small stores use Costco. They buy things there to stock their shelves. But this probably won't work for an on-line business. The small stores have a captive customer base for the most part. A small town and their the only game in town. On-line and you face stiff competition against a lot of other businesses. You need a real wholesaler and you need to be able to buy in quantity to get the best pricing. A lot of on-line businesses get their stock at below wholesale pricing. End of run items that are marked down, items that have been on a stores shelf too long and they just get rid of it cheap, stock auctioned off from stores that have closed, that sort of thing. Remember, you have to be able to make a profit by selling your stock at a good price and still beat the local store after shipping has been added in. A customer won't buy item A from you for $20 plus $5 shipping if he can get it for $22 locally. I suppose some people will, but not many.What to wear to an interview at Warehouse clothing?
I wouldn't make a whole new question but when I google this it just talks about jobs at warehouses as opposed to Warehouse the clothing brand. I'd like to know from people with experience both interviewing and working at Warehouse or similar clothing brands, what kind of thing should I wear, how much make up, the kind of questions I should expect and briefly how I should answer them? :) Thanks!

I've never worked at Warehouse before (there's none in my area), but i have been on plenty of interviews including for Macy's. Don't wear jeans, keep it conservative and classy. I like to wear black formal pants, flats, top and blazer. Keep your makeup to a minimum. Expect to answer the typical interview questions: "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work for us" "What can you bring to the table", "What's the most difficult problem you've encountered and how did you solve it?" There's a website call glassdoor.com they provide you with typical interview questions and how to answer them.
