what course do i need to do in order to b a successful telecomm engineer?
tell me some course that will help me in getting into top telecomm companies and also perform well der. i m be( electronics n telecomm.) got aggregate 65.5%. also i want to try for army signal corps.........guide me some course or certification to enhance my technical knowledge.

You have already done the course i.e. BE (electronics & telecomm.). Further learning you have to do on the job. Whatever job you are getting, just join it and utilize it to learn, enhance your skills and gain experience. Alternatively you can go for Masters degree in Electronics & Telecomm. engineering. Though telecomm engg. seems to be out from the wombs of electonics only, yet at many places a branch called only 'Telecommunication Engg.' is present instead of 'Electronics and Telecommunication Engg.'. What difference exists between the two and which then seems to be better?

Electronics and Telecommunication Engg is better as it also supports electronic enggwhere can I find the elec and telecomm syllabus 1996?
I passed out in 2000 in Elec and Telecomm. Can somebody let me know where can I find the old syllabus of Elec and Telecomm.

Yes , check in your old college library.Can I get a delivery note from the telecomm. service provider if the SMS reached the target mobile phone?
I know that the SMS msg will be kept in the Telecomm Service Provider's data store if the target mobile phone is off, but after this phone gets on, and the msg is delivered to it, is it possible to get informed from the Telecomm service provider?

Yes. you get the delivery report, only when your message was delivered to the recipient's cell-phone. But sometimes, you don't get the delivery report even when the message reaches the other person. So, it is not a good practice to explicitly trust a 'delivered' note by the service provider.I am a Telecomm Engr.I planned to do MBA-MIS. I am planning on majoring in Telecomm. in college this year but I am not 100% sure what types of jobs would be available with that major. I am really interested in working either in something involving movies or maybe radio. Is there maybe a list of specific jobs I could get with this major?

with telicommunicatuon degree u will get a very good job eith the telecom companies. or u can get jobs with the software companies.when will my apprenticeship paper work come through?
Hi all! I recently got an apprenticeship as a telecomms assistant with Leicester City Council however, they said i wont b able to start till a later date untill all the paperwork comes through, so I was wondering when does my paper work come through will it take ages?? Someone who has been through this if you could answer my question I would appreciate it x :)

I am a junior at a top 50 US university completing my B.A with a double major (Econ & Telecomm) and a minor (business). My academic background is not stellar and I will probably graduate with a 2.8/2.9 GPA, my major GPA on the other hand should not be too bad, maybe around the 3.3 mark. I aslo have significant work experience since I've worked part time at a managerial position throughout my time at college and would have completed three paid internships in finance by the time i graduate. My problem is that I am a international student and all my internships have been abroad as well.I can't seem to find anyone who can realistically tell me my chances of employment here (as an analyst or smthn similar). I was hoping I could get some insight from ppl who have real world experience with the job market as opposed to career counselors etc. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks

I feel, you can enter as a junior accountant or analyst. Work hard, show your talent, be honest, impress your management. Certainly your talent is recognised. Even if you have done internships abroad, it is ultimately your knowledge about the subject that matters. Good luck.Where can I get direction for my Journalism major?
