What exercises can i do to keep my boobs round and firm and stop them from sagging?

Is there any sports equipment that i can buy? without surgery I'm only 25 i just want to keep my upper chest firm . Please serious answers only

Question answered by Minnie Me

Yeagh push ups are good. They are good for the ligiments around the breast. You cant stop your boobs from sagging tho, once the damage is done you cant repair it im afraid. Surgery is the only option for this. And wearing a good bra thats supportive will prevent any more drooping.

What St. Ives product is best for getting rid of acne scars and repairing skin?

I have generally clear skin, but in the summer, I always break out and now I have some acne scars on my forehead from sun irritation (even though I do use sunscreen!). I love St. Ives products so I'm wondering what product will do the best job of eliminating my acne scars and repairing my skin - as well as keeping it under control. Thank you!

Question answered by Spinner

I would say Apricot Scrub. It has salysic acid to get rid of redness and acne. Try this if it doesn't work out. Acne has an affect on everyone. It is not going to zap away it will take some time. You Will Need - • A gentle facial cleanser • Warm water • A towel • Topical acne medication • Sunscreen • Patience • A tissue • Noncomedogenic cosmetics • Shaving cream with benzoyl peroxide • A dermatologist • Prescription acne medicine Step 1: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser with warm water, every morning and night. Don’t put pressure on your acne it will make acne red and irritated. Step 2: Gently dab away water on your face, but don’t take all of the moisture away because it will only make your skin dry. Be careful to wash your face too much because it can irritate your skin. If you have oily skin, get a tissue and wipe the oil away. Step 3: Apply a topical acne medication, from a dermatologist or from any store. You can also get lotion, or gel containing benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Benzoyl peroxide gets bacteria from the skin and salicylic acid helps unclog pores and prevent your skin from peeling. Get one that fits better for your skin. Step 4: Protect your skin with a non-comedogenic sunscreen(sunscreen that doesn’t clog pores). To avoid your skin from way too much sunlight, that can make your acne worse. Step 5: Use only non-comedogenic, water-based make-up that is oil-free. There are moisturizers and makeup that is made for people who have acne Step 6: Be careful when you shave. Shaving can irritate your skin and shake in only one direnction. Some shaving creams have benzoyl peroxide, so it can help get rid of your acne. Step 7: NEVER squeeze, pop, or pinch acne. It causes more acne and it can make you get scarring. Step 8: Try avoid things touching your face, like holding a phone against your face, wearing sports equipment, or resting your chin on your hand. Step 9: Keep your hair clean and out of your face. The natural oils in hair can contribute to acne, as can hair products that contain oil. Step 10: If you still have acne while taking care of your skin you might want to go to a dermatologist. There are different types of acne and different treatment. Step 11: Be patient! Fighting acne can be slow, and it’s not going to zap away in a day. But when you get rid of your acne, you’ll say hello to your new face. Source(s) http:www.howcast.com/search?q=ACNE

How good is Sports Basement in bike repairs? What are some of their service rates?

I'm trying to fix up two bikes, and I wanted to know if Sports Basement was any good at bike repairs. What are some of their service rates, because i checked on another shop and it would cost me $35 for a checkup and $100 for a tune up. What kind of prices would Sports Basement have? Also, please give the location of the Sports Basement you went to. Thanks

curious george

Question answered by Dan'ger

Sports Basement, for all of their worth as a discount sports equipment store is weak in the service department. They have a high employee turnover rate as compared to bike-specific shops. I have known several reputable mechanics at the Walnut Creek store who are no longer there. I understand that their service departments are better at Sunnyvale and Presidio but still depends on who their employee du jour is. I recommend that you check into the following reputable shops in the area instead: Hank & Frank in Lafayette Roaring Mouse in SF Passion Trail Bikes in Belmont Hope that helps!

What do you do to work out all the muscles in your body?

(I don't have too much money to spend on equipment, so dumbbells will have to suffice for now.) Can anyone tell me a bunch of workouts that more or less use all the body's muscles so I can get a good & even workout throughout my whole body? Hopefully dumbbells could be used for all of them, but if not, I guess I could get more equipment. I just need a great full body workout regiment.

Make at least 7 hours of sleep Sleep improves your immune system, reduces stress and stimulates the release of growth hormone to repair your cells. It helps you to feel and look younger. One sure way to accelerate the aging process, in fact, is precisely the increase of cortisol, a stress hormone that increases when you sleep little. Always start your day with breakfast Research has shown that people who start the day with a balanced meal, eat fewer calories the rest of the day. Even the act of eating increases your metabolism. In fact, it takes energy to digest food. Do not eat, instead, sends a signal to your metabolism of inactivity! The risk then is to eat too much later, when the blood sugar level is very low. Start your day with a balanced meal of good fats, carbohydrates rich in fiber and lean protein. Eat 4-6 small meals a day, one every 3-5 hours Increase your metabolic rate by eating regularly. Burn calories while consuming them, maintaining a constant level of blood sugar. Your muscles are metabolically active tissue and allow you to burn calories even at rest, but they need to be fed. Big starve and lose them, thus killing your metabolism and increasing your fat stores. Drink water and avoid beverages Liquid calories are very misleading! The classic juice is excellent for your enemy. This drink, which seems natural and healthy, is instead loaded with sugar. Eat an orange or an apple instead of that glass of juice and add a little 'fiber to your diet and you will avoid many simple sugars. The other soft drinks are dangerous. They can contain up to 10 bags of sugar per can! When you do not have the sugar, then, and bear the label "Diet", "Zero" and "light", are full of artificial sweeteners that are closely related to metabolic problems and cancer! 30 minutes of activity every day The American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM) recommends 30 minutes of physical activity a day for health and weight maintenance. They recommend, instead, 60 minutes or more to weight loss. A combination of weight training and aerobic workout is the best choice. Leave your chair More and more health problems are linked to how long you sit. Many of us go from bed to breakfast table, the machine at your desk, only to end the couch at night. Get up from the chair as much as you possible. Standing burn more calories. These small changes in caloric expenditure, day after day, they add up over time. Walk and take the stairs On foot or by bicycle to all appropriate destinations. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Technology and modern facilities allow us to be very lazy. Break the fixed pattern of training Your body is very smart and becoming more efficient with practice. Doing the exercises in the same way you will burn fewer calories. Try to use dumbbells instead of a barbell, or the bike vertical instead of the reclined. Use the elliptical instead of carpet to make your cardio training for first and your weaknesses. Weight training And 'quite likely to do light aerobic activity such as walking, climbing a flight of stairs, etc.. And this is good for maintaining the health of the heart and lungs. To increase your metabolism you should train with weights. So, jump well your cardiovascular workout in favor of weight training. You'll add some muscle and your metabolic furnace will rise by much. Managing stress At this point, if you manage the points 1-9, the stress is under control. If not go back and start again at 1. Stress releases cortisol, this stimulates the accumulation of fat, has a devastating effect on your sleep, makes you stop dieting, you'll ruin the training and has absolutely no positive impact on your life ......... How do I gain more muscle to become more healthy?

I am 14, I weigh 130 pounds, and I am about 5 4'. I already do situps, pushups and i do sports. What should I do to become more healthy and look better?

pierceballer12

Question answered by Matthew

If you want to gain muscle mass, you need to lift weights. Sit-ups and push-ups aren't going to help you much if you aren't doing anything else. Start going to the gym and lifting weights. Find a friend to workout with. Start looking around for good lifts to do with dumbbells and other gym equipment. Be sure that while you're on a workout routine, you eat right. After a workout, you want 400 calories, 30g of protein, and 50g of carbohydrates. (Milk is perfect for this.) This will help repair and build muscle. Don't be afraid to eat too much. If you don't eat enough, your body won't have enough fuel to repair and build muscle.

What are the steps to become a professional rally driver or racing driver like schumacher?

I love driving and am in the process of getting my driving license. But I would like to get into it as a career, because I think racing would be the job, sport and passion I would love the most.

Tool

Question answered by D B

If you want to do it that bad then the minute you get your licence sign up for some performance driving courses at a track near you and get a job!!!. Then find a series you can get into fairly cheap ( maybe go karts ) and make a plan which includes your budget. It takes quite a bit of cash to get started. You need a car to race, a trailer, a tow vehicle, tools and equipment, all your safety gear, a place to store and work on your car and some help. Also a good thing to do is go to some races and talk to the people that are racing now to get some idea of what it costs them . You could also volunteer to work on a team this helps you understand exactly what's required to go racing and gets you a lot of knowledge about setting up, maintaining and repairing the car or kart. This also can help you make contacts with people inside racing which may lead to something later on down the road. if your truly serious do your research and commit yourself to it. Good Luck

Whats a good work out I can do quietly at home?

I usually use a stationary bike for about an hour everyday, but today I was really busy and didn't have any time. I haven't missed it a day in a few months. Its late but I have a lot of energy and can't get to sleep and Im really in the mood to excercise, so I was wondering what excercises I could do that use energy quickly but quietly because everyone else in my house is asleep. All my equipment is really noisy so i cant use any of that.

Question answered by Aron D

Hi, A good quiet workout routine I do is the use of resistance bands.. They are like long rubber tubes that have handles on each side... They can be easily found in exercise and sports shops. One good thing about these resistance bands is that they have varying levels of resistance and they are inexpensive ! How does it give you a good work out ! Because there are so many ways you can use them for your workout and because it is a kind of resistance training, your body builds muscles when you are using it ! You can use it to tone up your arms, your abs, your legs and your back. The uses of it are only limited by your imagination ! When the weather is bad and I can't get to the gym, I use resistance tubes at home to simulate gym equipment and it works great ! Of course, I always work up a huge sweat when using it ! Your body spends a lot of energy building, repair and maintaining muscles.. So when your muscles get more and more toned, your body expends a lot of energy to maintain them. This energy will cause you to lose weight because your body will have an increased rate of metabolism ! Good luck !
