Why do white people accept all other races over the black race ?
I don't only mean America but the whole world. Everybody who is not black can own a business in a white neighborhood (ex. Mexican restaurants, Indian restaurants, Chinese restaurants etc...) But these same white people (who accept gay marriage etc...) won't support a black restaurant or a black corner store. I don't know why a lot of people are saying that racism is over because there is a black president ?

It's not just white people but all races. Like me, Im mixed and well Mixed people usually prefer one race over the other. I know many Mexicans who willl accept whites over blacks, and even some accept whites and blacks over other Latinos such as Guatemalans, etc. It's crazy.
Personally who gives a fuck. Why should race or color or nationality or whatever matter? Nobody chooses to be born American, Mexican, Chinese, white, black, brown, Caucasian, African, Chicano, European, Asian, etc. We all look pretty much the same on the inside and well all races have their gays, their gangsters, their thugs, their jailbirds, their killers, etc.
Oh and Obama is not "black" he is BLACK AND WHITE. He is MIXED. He is only 50/50. And really if you research it I think at least 5 other presidents HAD BLACK ANCESTORS. Not that race matter but people are so ignorant. Who cares if the president is black or white or pink or whatever. As long as he can do his job that is all that matters.
I mean come on. I mean I can see like in a Mexican or Chinese mostly Mexicans or Chinese people working there, that's pretty obvious and well I have seen whites/blacks work in Mexican restaurants. Stop making race an issue. That is why we still have racism because PEOPLE STILL BRING UP THE RACE CARD.

Why is Indian food so bland and not too good?
I'm not prejudiced or anything but I have went to Indian restaurants and Indian friends house and had Indaian foods and they were awful.
Why is that? I'm talking about Indian Indians, not American Indians.

Question answered by Christine Kudra
I don't think you went to a very good Indian restaurant because I find Indian food to be really flavorful. Good Indian recipes make clever use of spices, contrasting different ones for a really mouthwatering result. If you compare Indian food to some other cuisines it's actually a lot more flavorful but you have to try a good Indian recipe, not something reheated from frozen, not something from a poor-quality Indian takeout and not something made with frozen or canned ingredients. Use fresh ingredients and make something authentic.
INDIAN CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE
Ingredients -
1 lb chicken
3 onions
2 green chilies
2 tomatoes
5 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons garlic paste
4 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Fresh cilantro
Salt, to taste
Preparation:
Clean the chicken and cut it into parts. Rub some turmeric on to it.
Chop the tomatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro and curry leaves.
Add the oil to a pan and heat it.
Add the tomatoes, onions, chilies, cumin, cilantro and curry leaves in that order.
Fry until the onions go golden brown, then add a pinch of salt.
Add the ginger, pepper and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, chicken and chili powder and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is white all the way through with no pink inside.
Taste and add salt if required.
Serve with rice, garnished with cilantro.
This recipe serves 4.
Will you eat at Chinese restaurants if there aren't any Chinese people working there?
A Panda Express opened nearby and there aren't any Asians working there. Does it feel fake to you or untrustworthy, or does it not matter because food is food? Do you apply the same rule to Mexican restaurants, Indian restaurants, etc.?

Question answered by kay
I'm Chinese and no way will I ever eat at Chinese restaurants in the States, even though i've been studying here for two years. For authentic Chinese cuisine, you got to travel! I hail from Singapore and the food back home is incredible. I've heard from my friends how fattening they think Chinese food is but that's the furthest thing away from the truth! Most food served in authentic Chinese restaurants shouldn't be too greasy nor oily.

Buy one or rent one that is going out of business, clean it up,
arrange it to suit the style of cooking you intend to offer, advertise
well, offer free tea with all meals and see what happens.
People are curious and many may want to see what you are
offering.
If the price is right, and if you provide a good meal , they
will return with their friends or family.
Give it a go.
