Is the office service provider another tenant of the facility or a shared employee or are the tenants members of a co-operative? How are shared utilities - hydro, wireless internet, water, heat, photocopier, fax, and security allocated by tenant? Who does the remittances and who obtains the software licences and what is the basis for the accounting, payroll software, direct deposit, etc. What about telephone service - local and long distance.

I'm learning to open a virtual business and I don't understand how to price the office services I provide. Do I price it according to hiring a person to perform the service? I'm not offering retail products I'm offering administrative and legal document services? I have called a couple VB and no one isw very forth coming as I pretend to be a person that need the service. I have researched how the buisness work but I have not been o lucky as to how they are priced. Thanks for your advice

There are a few things to consider: 1. What is the normal price for the service you offer. 2. How is that price modified by the experience of the person offering it? 3. What is your cost of doing business? 4. How does your business model compare with other offerings? So, as an example: Let's say you cut lawns. You can go to craigslist.org and see what other people are charging. Let's say the average price is 30 bucks. Then you see that some people have been in the business for 10 years and are offering to do it for 50 bucks. They have trucks, multiple employees and need to charge more to break even. You, on the other hand, have a push mower and don't even have to buy gas. You can afford to do it for 20 bucks and still be profitable. Then you notice that other people are cutting lawns and throwing in hedge trimming but they charge a bit more. All of these factors come into play when you price your product.
