I would like to know the different options associated with shared office services .?
Is the office service provider another tenant of the facility or a shared employee or are the tenants members of a co-operative? How are shared utilities - hydro, wireless internet, water, heat, photocopier, fax, and security allocated by tenant? Who does the remittances and who obtains the software licences and what is the basis for the accounting, payroll software, direct deposit, etc. What about telephone service - local and long distance.

If you are still using the traditional fax machine in your office, I would suggest to shift on internet faxing service because it is more practical to save expenses from faxing documents.

Question answered by Warlizard
There are a few things to consider:
1. What is the normal price for the service you offer.
2. How is that price modified by the experience of the person offering it?
3. What is your cost of doing business?
4. How does your business model compare with other offerings?
So, as an example: Let's say you cut lawns. You can go to craigslist.org and see what other people are charging. Let's say the average price is 30 bucks. Then you see that some people have been in the business for 10 years and are offering to do it for 50 bucks. They have trucks, multiple employees and need to charge more to break even. You, on the other hand, have a push mower and don't even have to buy gas. You can afford to do it for 20 bucks and still be profitable. Then you notice that other people are cutting lawns and throwing in hedge trimming but they charge a bit more.
All of these factors come into play when you price your product. If you give more information, i.e., location, experience, and actual products and services, I can be vastly more specific.

How to start an office cleaning service?
I would like to start an office cleaning service in my area. I am close to retirement, out of work and would like to be my own boss. I thought a office cleaning service would be ideal. I understand that I will need a bonded insurance to cover any theft by employees. My question is, how do I get started? The community I live in is about 30,000 people with many offices and factories around. What books do I need to read to get some ideas?

Step 1 Office cleaning is a high-demand trade right now. With so many small business owner's trying to handle so many aspects of their business, there will always be a need for a professional cleaning service. Following are ways to get started in the office cleaning industry, for more detailed information, visit the link provided in the resources box below article.
Step 2 To get started in a cleaning business for offices, you will need to locate potential clients and market to them individually. The best way to do target marketing for office cleaning is by direct contact. Personal contact is the best and most cost effective way to get clients for this type of business. Hiring a cleaning company requires a lot of trust in the person that will be in alone in their store and also hold a key to the door.
Step 3 Begin by stopping by local businesses and deliver a flyer or brochure covering the services you provide. If possible, try to speak directly with the owner or manager to discuss the options available to them. Try to immediately determine if there is a need for an outside cleaning service. If the owner is not available, or busy at the time you stop in, try to set up a time to get back with them after they have had a chance to look over your information.
Step 4 If you don't have time to visit each business in person, the next best technique is contact by phone. When calling, be sure to professionally introduce yourself as a local business. Try something like, "Hello, this is (your name) with ABC Cleaning here in (city). This immediately tells the person on the other end of the phone that you are not an out-of-town telemarketer. Once you have established who you are, you can begin to ask a few brief questions to find out if your services could be needed. If they are, simply set an appointment to come by and give an estimate.
Step 5 Once you begin to get customers, you will need to very organized so that you know of any special requests that each client has asked for. Try carrying a small index card box or notebook with brief notes for the steps needed at each location. Another great idea is to use a standard checklist for each location with an area to write in extras needed. Take these with you to each job and check off each step as completed, this will keep you on track and avoid overlooking needed services.

Question answered by Jason H
While your download speed is limited by your ISP bandwidth to your Airtel card there are programs out there that can improve browsing experience and downloading by using caching technology programs such as Web Accelerator, you can do a simple search and pick something and try. I've tried Google version and it seems to be reasonable.
