You need to specify what kind of "Marine Engineer" you're talking about.
There is the kind of "Marine Engineer" who is an officer on ships responsible for maintenance of all mechanical/electrical/propulsion systems. He would get a degree and rating as a "Marine/Shipboard Engineer".
Then there is the kind of "Marine Engineer" who designs ships (sometime called a Marine/Maritime/Naval Architect" or similar). This is requires an entirely different kind of training close to mechanical engineer.

A good understanding of Physics is essential. Some knowleged of Chemistry would be usefull.
Maths, a very good basic understanding of basic maths. Algebra, Calculus and applied mathematics.
To be a good marine engineer you need the theoretical skills but above all you need to be practical. You need to love engines and ships but the greatest skill that you will need is patience and the abiity to explain in very simple and basic terms complex ideas and activities tat take place in a ships engine room to ships Masters and deck officers. As a retired ships Master, I wish you all the best in that.

Marine Engineering involves the design, construction, installation, operation and support of the systems and equipment which propel and control marine vehicles, and of the systems which make a vehicle or structure habitable for crew, passengers and cargo.
Marine Engineering is allied to mechanical engineering, although the modern marine engineer requires knowledge (and hands on experience) with electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, chemistry, control engineering, naval architecture or ship design, process engineering, steam generations gas turbines and even nuclear technology on certain military vessels.
Marine Engineering on board a ship refers to the operation and maintenance of the propulsion and other systems such as: electrical power generation plant; lighting; air conditioning; refrigeration; and water systems on board the vessel. This work is carried out by Marine Engineering Officers, who usually train via cadetships sponsored by a variety of Maritime organisations.

What is a good college that offers marine engineering?
I only plan to take marine engineering as a pre-requisite for ROV operator (pilot). I intend to take my ROV course at the marine institute in newfoundland. I want to travel prior to that so it would be preferred that the marine engineering college would be somewhere else in the world.

There are some great colleges as well as outstanding schools in Gibraltar. The area is low cost, you are surrounded, quite literally by the sea and the sunshine, Whales come here to breed as do dolphins which makes it a remarkable place for sailing boating and marine biology studies

Question answered by Nikhil
I suggest be happy with your profession. To come to Computer Science, you will have to complete degree like BSc Comp Science or BE Comp Science. This will take four to five years. Again job guarantee cannot be given.
If you have a lot of interest in Computer Science, do a certified course from Microsoft and try to enter animation or web based jobs

Check out a few marine trade industry magazines and newsletters and see what information they publish in those. Then, start organizing your web site into similar categories as the trade publications and get your webmaster to get your site looking as professional as he can - in line with marine industry standards.
Offer visitors a subscription form and e-mail them a newsletter once a week or even once a month.
I don't know what exactly your business offers, but you got to give visitors a reason to come back and see some frequently updated info and maybe a resource to easily find products.
Then, get a mailing list of your industry contacts, pay someone to put it in a mass blast e-mail program, and advertise.
Kinda hard to give you more advice without knowing more details, but good luck anyways!
