What type of insurance services were you needing? Almost all asset managers offer insurance services including life, disability, and annuities. Not many of them will offer property & casualty products.Can I file legal action against Enterprise's Rental Company- Rental Insurance Services?
One of Enterprise's INSURED customers hit my car and Enterprise's rental insurance- Rental Insurance Services has yet to fix my repairs. I have tried calling and emailing with no response. When I have spoken to a rep, I am reassured that I will receive a call back regarding my problem however this has not happened each time. I have tried to find their website to see if I can talk to a higher manger regarding my dismissal but I cannot seem to find them. What do I do?

Yes you can file legal action but you need to get your act right by collecting all the evidences against them and also consulting a good lawyer. Because as you file suit they will hire a fancy big lawyer against you and you will not stand a chance against him as they are meant for that only. So save the mails you send them record your calls whenever you call them and then consult a lawyer.Where can I research the insurance company that is carrying my Homeowners Policy? ?
I've had my homeowners policy through 21st Century Insurance for several years now but I recently received a letter that my policy is now handled by Countrywide Insurance Services, Inc. Then , just a few days later someone showed up at my house and was taking pictures of it. I have uneasy feelings about this but I don't know what to do. What would you do?

I work in the Insurance Industry. It is common for insurance companies to take photos. It really does help you in the event your home burns to the ground. There is then a record of what it looked like in their file. You can investigate an insurance company through a company called: A.M. Best This company rates the financial strength. The "adjusters" for the involved insurance companies will not go to the "scene" of the accident but will go to wherever the car is parked or some companies even have "drive in claims" where you can drive to get a damage estimate. Why aren't you asking your insurance company this question? Why don't you know what to do in the case of an accident? I buying a 1999 Ford Mustang Base Automatic V6 as soon as I get my tax refund in this year. I live in Texas and have insurance on my current car which is a 1997 Ford Ranger XLT Automatic 4 Cylinder. I have been driving for 2 years and have had over 8 months ago. How much should I expect to pay monthly for insurance and who would you suggest I get my insurance service from?

I'm 19 too, been driving since I was 16 and not even a parking ticket. And still the lowest insurance I could get was 6000 a year, 03 honda civic. I tried every company you can think of for a quote, lowest one was Progressive. They are the best because they take in to account when you got your permit, not license. But i figured out it was best to just put myself on my moms policy. By doing that, my premium went from 6000 to 1200 a year. And it goes down for every additional year you have no accidents or moving violations. By the way, parking tickets DO NOT affect your insurance premium, only moving violations(speeding, red light, etc).Can you get geek squad insurance if you dont buy the product from best buy?
I was wondering if I bought a new iPhone 4S from AT&T or Walmart if I could get insurance through bestbuy. Does anyone know of other good iPhone insurance services?

You can look up their financial rating at www.ambest.com, or contact your state insurance commissioner, to see if they are licensed to sell insurance in your state. Best thing, is to not try doing it yourself. If you work through a local agent, who has a real, live office, you are much, much less likely to get scammed.How can I verify that the rate provided by a property insurance company is true? (it is S&P rate)?
When our company announced tender for receiving property insurance service, some companies say they have S&P rating AA-. I want to check it. Could you tell me please how can I do that?

You can get the S & P ratings at their web site - http://www.standardandpoors.com/ratings/en/us/ (though you are required to register it is free) If you don't want to do that you might try going to the library. If the library does not have a copy of the S & P ratings book call your State insurance department...Can a professional (SLP or OT) bill to Medicaid or health insurance for services made six months, a year ago?
I know this seems pretty basic. But, I need clarity. I wanted to know if a medical professional (speech language pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist) can bill for services made six months or a year ago? Or is it too long of wait. I'm basically asking what is the allowable amount of time elaspe would be to make claims to Medicaid or any type of health insurance on services a medical professional provides.

When I complete Medicaid application forms for my son it asks if there are any unpaid medical bills within the last 3 months...so I guess they will only pay for services up to 3 months prior.Can I buy US auto insurance to cover my Canada vehicle?
