What is the age requirement for becoming a Poker/Table game dealer in the state of PA?
I was told the age requirement was 18 by the school I went to, however after obtaining multiple certifications which are (for lack of a better word) certified by the Board of Education, I am now being told by the casino I am attempting to apply to that 21 is the age requirement in the state of Pennsylvania to be a Poker or Table Game dealer. Can anyone clear this up for me with some kind of source? I am having difficulties navigating the PA Gaming website. Thank you.

True or false; the used video game industry will be dead within five years?
The big publishers would love nothing more than to see GameStop and other used game dealers sink in the same way that Blockbuster and the other video rental stores have. I believe this will happen soon too, as people shift away from game discs, and to digital downloads instead. What do you think?
Philip
Question answered by Link's Descendant
It will happen. Gamestop and similar stores will eventually be out of business because a digital copy can never degrade, and it's also a way to prevent customers from selling their games back so that way, these game companies can make even more profit regardless of the time the game was out since release.
I'm sure everyone will still be able to buy physical copies, but eventually they will no longer sell any used games, movies, songs, etc. And one other thing I also thought of; You can't physically steal downloads of of your consoles, and not even PCs (unless you are a hacker, but those are rare and easy to catch anyway these days).
I say good riddance. I didn't like the fact that i bought a game for $40 at Gamestop and they decide they would buy it back from me for $6. Seriously, you should get half the money back for selling it, and they can still make a decent profit. Oh well, i'll be laughing at the poor fools that worked at these places.

From the rules:
"Leave Doobietown, U.S.A. and journey to an intriguing port of call, score caches of dope and return home anxious to sell. Sounds simple and it is - as long as karma, skill and the roll of the dice are on your side and you don't get hassled at any borders, ripped off by your partners or busted. Yeh, busted. Lots of dealers go to jail. In fact, there are 500 "busted gringos" sitting in Mexican jails right now.
Yes, dealing is a high risk / high gain situation. Remember all dealers play hard, but they don't all play fair. When in doubt ask yourself what McDope would do if he were there."
Are there any dealers I could buy from in Manatee county?
I'm loking for game dealers. I want to buy GTA 4 but I am only 16. I'm willing to pay the person up to $200 when I earn the money. Is any one interested?

online is possible... but i would suggest just confront somebody in front of walmart or gamespot and give them a $20 and have them buy it for you...
i would do it if a 16 year old came up to me... $20 bucks for 3 mins worth of work? i take that any day
its not like a cop is going to say anything...

Where can I get business cards that look and feel like casino playing cards?
I use too be a casino games dealer and I'm Pretty good at handling cards. I had an Idea to design My business cards like playing cards so I can pass them out to people like I was dealing poker. If anyone can give me a website or a company name where I can get this done I'd appreciate it.

I'm guessing you would want heavy stock UV Coating (Super High-Gloss), there a re a ton of online printers out there...don't know how well a business card will fly.
You might also look into custom printed card sets, some allow custom deck sizes too, below are first couple that came up.
Try out your credit cards, you can get plastic cards made too.

Compared to the electricity used to run a single slot machine, how much does it cost to run a single?
table game
(dealer salary, pit bosses, other support staff)
Slot machines only need repair tech and somebody to reload the coin hopper or install more paper slips. (not often). And the electricity to run and maintain the central tracking computer
Twin River in RI wants to add Table games to increase revenue and maybe remove some slot machines.

Question answered by pdq
Do you have a point here, or are you really wanting the exact costs of each thing? If you're looking for the exact costs, I don't know if many people are going to have those figures. If your point is that slot machines are cheaper, and that they are likely a better source of income for casinos, then I would say - OF COURSE! It's common knowledge that slot revenues are the largest source of income for casinos.
By the way, slot machines have become even more cost efficient over the past 5 - 8 years. I don't know of any slot machines anywhere that still have coin hoppers. Almost all major casinos operate their slot machines with vouchers. I'm sure there are some coin-operated machines, but there aren't very many.

How do you play the card game "drug dealer"?
I've heard of this card game called drug dealer (I've also heard it called mafia) and I've heard it's a lot of fun. I searched for it on the internet and all it gave me was some dumb video and drinking games. I would love to know how to play this game so I can teach my friends. Thanks to anyone who answers!

What is a typical income for a table games dealer at the Pechanga casino?
I'm not looking for the usual "it varies greatly" answer, because I've been dealing a long time, but I'm considering a move to Temecula, and have heard tales of 6 figure incomes and have been told dealers there keep their own tips.
If anyone can confirm or deny these things, I'd GREATLY appreciate it :)

I used to work there, 6 figures was very do-able for the higher rated dealers. Since they went to the pool and then back to keeping their own I've heard it's not quite as good as it used to be but it's still a good job. If you can get into high limit it's much better. If you email me I'll give you more specific information.
To be clear, they do keep their own tips. There was about a 9 month period when the pooled. Last February they went back to keeping their own.
