How to get into an entertainment agencies?

I have a question. I live in Slovenia and i wanna get into the entertainment world as an actress/singer, but in this country it's impossible, or at least i think so...but anyway if i wanna get into an english entertainment agency how should i do this, i mean i can't just go there cuz that would mean i need to have money, and stuff, so should i write them an email, but if yes which one? help?

Go to their site first and see if there is any job openings. If not go to the offices and ask for a job? I don't know what specific qualifications you need but I think I can tell you this. You need to be fluent in Korean, and you should know the talent agency's stars and their goings.

Also, the teachers associated with successful businesses have had success in the performing arts. To begin a business in performing arts without the cachet of success is almost a guarantee to fail. Beyond success in performing, it would, of course, be very helpful to learn about business forms, management, accounting, insurance, etc. Even it you hire a business manager you should know enough to supervise the business end!

CEO cannot be number one, whereas Chairman or President is No 1. CEO reports to Chairman or President, but Chairman is answerable to the board.

For SM, the most beautiful would have to be Sulli or Tiffany. The best looking is hands down Siwon. If Hero was still there though, I would have picked him. For JYP, Suzy is the prettiest, and Nickkhun is the best looking. For YG, It would have to be Dara as the most beautiful, and Se7en, GD, or TOP for the best looking (can't choose). For Cube, HyunA or G.NA for the prettiest, and Kikwang for thebest looking guy there. For Loen--all they need is IU! Woohoo! As for J-Tune, they have Rain and MBLAQ--they can pick blindfolded and get a good looking guy. My fave is Mir. Still though... Woolim Enterntainment's Infinite's Myungsoo is super good looking. Hahahaha~~

1) Investigate how many people in your area would possibly use your service. 2) Decide if you can get enough customers from present agents to make money. 3) Make your catchment area larger if not. 4) Prepare a business plan. Difficulty is that you have to market to two groups. The people who entertain and the peole who want entertainment. Both need different approaches. Its also a very person orientated business so you have to look at the area you can cover for meetings/looking at acts.
