We have the UN, the UNDP, the WHO, the WTO, the IMF & World Bank, Interpol, some global Environment & Development Agencies, and a need for more, and most people agree that the UN veto power and the P5-G8-OECD dominance of all organisations is not fair on the others. So what exactly is the perfect way to structure a world govt or world parliament? One vote per country? This gives the Caribbean Islands more say than all of Asia which is nonsense. One seat for each of the top 15/20/25/100 population nations? Global elections with PR and all non-top-10 parties fall into division-2? Give countries with the biggest GDP more say because they pay more in as under the present system, or go by population figures so the 3rd world has more say? What way would be best? Have your say.

It is unlikely that a world government will ever evolve. What is more likely is a global trade union much like that in Europe now. There simply are too many political ideologies in the world to meld into one form of government. Dear AMY: The form is not due to you until Feb 1, so you maybe early. Make sure you are looking to pull "your" form and not a generic form. The TN gov will send a copy to you if they have your correct address. You will need the form to file your taxes. The first $2400 is not taxable. Tough question. I think that education is playing a key role right now in Africa, but it's a slow process. Many men still do not use STD/HIV protection such as condoms etc out of choice. Also many women get raped on a daily basis and are helpless to protect themselves from contracting the virus. In terms of economics, that is also a tough question as the continent goes deeper into poverty and countries such as China, who were once on the same economic level as Africa, become an economic super power. If there is no economic interest in African countries with no oil, diamonds or other resources, the major super powers turn their blind eye on these countries. The world super powers should spend less on military and devote more to raising the bare essentials for African countries such as basic healthcare and further education. I'm actually working on a video game that focuses on the HIV/Aids pandemic and brings people from 1st world countries to donate money while playing the game.Which office do I choose to file labor law complaints?
I want to call a local EDD office or something like it and ask them for assistance so I can quit my job because I'm in a locked in contract, but the things they do at my work is really sketchy. I have multiple complaints I want to address and I'm not sure which office I should call. Should I contact the actual EDD or the Labor & Workforce Development Agency?

I don't think that the EDD or the Labor & Workforce Development Agency is where you need to go. In New York State we have 'labor boards' that help workers with complaints. If your state doesn't have something like that, you can call the EDD and ask them where you should turn to with your problem.Where is the outcry from the left on NY state lowering taxes for the rich?
