You may check website like http://oktutorial.com/businessadvice.htm .

Can an accident management company represent someone who wasnt injured in a car accident?

Bascially I was in a car incident where myself and the claimant bumped into eachothers cars. It was agreed there was no damage to either vehicle, no injuries and there were no witnesses. However, some months later a direct accident management company have contacted my insurance company and are now trying to claim £6,000 for damages and car hire. And the claimant has also dreamed up a witness who has written a statement saying that they saw the accident and even spoke to me! (apparently I told him to mind his own business)! My insurance company have provided me with a solicitor as I now have a court hearing! There was no damage to my car and I wish to claim nothing.

I have just had a car accident (not my fault) and someone suggested going through Smart Accident Management instead of their insurers?

Question answered by EvelynThe ModifiedDog.

Don't, it's a scam.

I work for a Accident management company and came accross an interesting case, any suggestions ?

our client has been in a road traffic accident but was under the influence of alcohol, the accident was not there fault as they were hit in the rear, can this person still claim for compensation ?

Question answered by candy g

would be interested to know if the drunk persons actions was the cause of the person behind to hit them.............I know you say it was NOT their fault but with them being drunk and driving IMHO they rather lose all credibility at that point..........

why is speeding a major issue on our roads?

that is, why do people speed? why is it such a big issue? what is the chance that speeding will cause an accident? what management issue can individuals take to prevent speeding?

Question answered by todvango

Why? Almost any reason you can think of, from the dumbest to logical reasons. Big issue/Chance of an Accident? When vehicles are traveling at different speeds, that can lead to accidents. As that gap begins to widen, the chances of something happening also increases. Management issues? More reasonable speed limits would sure help. Don't get me wrong. I do think speed zones around populated areas, busy intersections, and schools are important. I don't know what things are like in Australia, but here in the U.S. we have streches of limited access expressways where the speed limits can change as much as 20 MPH (32 KPH) for sometimes little more than a local municipality that wants to get revenue by setting up speed traps. While I agree that speeding CAN be a problem. So can unresonable speed limits and pulling people over on the side of an expressway where cars are traveling in excess of 60 MPH (100 KPH)!

Question answered by EvelynThe ModifiedDog.

Seriously, you're asking that on HERE? If you're in business for yourself you're supposed to know these things. If they're not replying it's probably because they're not interested.

where can i complain about the price offered by insurance for my written off car, its worth more & i proved it?

I used an accident managment company who have instructed independant engineers to value my car, the price offered is not acceptable and I have sent comparables and glasses guide prices to prove this, but they still wont budge and accident management company say its up to me to get my own engineer??? any advise welcome

How does my father get off of Hydrocodone after a car accident?

My parents were in a horrific car accident about 6 months ago. Dad has been on Hydrocodone ever since. His doctors are telling him he is addicted to the drug and needs to get off of it. However - if he does not take it his pain is overwhelming. Are there any "natural" pain reliever (capsacian, devils claw, white willow bark etc) that can be used in combination with a less narcotic pain reliever. He is not taking the Hydo excessively - and is trying to cut it down.

captaco

Question answered by Donnao

He needs to go see a pain management doctor. It is not a bad thing that he is still taking hydrocodone, it is bad that he is still having so much pain.

What are the main challenges of global financial management?

What are the main challenges of global financial management? What is risk management? Is it important for companies going international?

jacksondville1

Question answered by catlover

challenges: currency exhange rates, bank interest rates are different in each country, distance between customers, etc risk management- is activity directed towards the assessing, mitigating (to an acceptable level) and monitoring of risks. In some cases the acceptable risk may be near zero. Risks can come from accidents, natural causes and disasters as well as deliberate attacks from an adversary. In businesses, risk management entails organized activity to manage uncertainty and threats and involves people following procedures and using tools in order to ensure conformance with risk-management policies. It is very important for companies going international because risk is higher than if you were doing it only at home. Chances of accident are higher, risk of economy downfall is increased, and the chance of failing is higher.
